Yeah, I know. Lame title. Not much, this is just something I did in my spare time. My Easter break is almost over and after the weekend, I'm back to school. So I'm afraid I'll have less time to draw again. :(

New Artwork- Plunge Into The Blue

Believe it or not, this took me about 5-6 hours. It didn't exactly come out how I pictured it, I had to take away the bubbles that she was breathing out cause they were distracting, and I forgot to put the fish in the backround which was dissapointing. But I'm quite proud of how it turned out and the bubbles came out looking good too. I was looking at my old Stardust art piece of her underwater that I did last year. Click HERE to see or go to:

After looking at it, I wanted to do another scene of Stardust underwater. The bubbles took me ages. No, I didn't cheat and used a photoshop paintbrush. I drew, colored, and sparkled each individual one. That's probally why it took me about 5 hours. Lol. Okay, so tell me what you think. Please leave comments, I enjoy reading them. :)

Quest For Improvement

This took me a long time to do. This is a 'Quest For Improvement', it shows how my drawings have developed and improved over the years. I had to go through all my old folders of drawings, and some of the drawings were so scary, I didn't want to put them on. Lol. This is Stardust over the 5 years of drawings her. I was 10 or 11 then. Ha, and little. Stardust started off during some exam my class was taking, we got some free time and during that I drew the very first picture of her. I remember it like yesterday. Lol. And I lost that drawing too... Stardust is the one who really started off my art career. And if I didn't create her, I probally wouldn't be drawing. She changed A LOT. She started drawn as an anime style, then she slowly turned to a Disney style. Looking at my old drawings, I'm glad I've improved or else I would die if I still draw like that. Lol, well enjoy. And please don't try to laugh. ;)

Yep, that's the blog I posted two years ago. Ha ha! I'm not saying I love my art but I've improved a lot, compare the old referance sheet to this new one and you'll see what I mean. Oh wait, I've been on here for 2 years??? Really, already? Wow, I didn't know that. Happy 2 years to me. Lol.

New pic-The Mischievous Cat

Yeah, Stardust again. I think I'm going to bring her back, I miss drawing her and I think I was stupid of thinking of deleting her since she was my main character and I have been drawing her for 4 years. So, yes, I am bringning her back. Making her the main character again? Not quite so sure. I'll have a think about it.
So this picture was completely done in Painter. I thought I would skip Photoshop for a change and see what I can do with Painter. I've been using painter for backrounds but I thought it would be nice to do the whole picture in it. I think it turned out pretty well, but it's not one of my best. I was too lazy to do much of a backround so I just stuck on a blue sky and clouds. XD So, zoom in for full view and enjoy.
I wont be putting in the gallery cause...I have to pay! Ugh. I didn't know that and now I can put any pictures on, So suckish. Oh well. I have to find some new gallery now. :(
Let me just say...CONGRATS DRAKE BELL FOR WINNING THE KIDS CHOICE AWARDS FOR FAVE MALE ACTOR AGAIN THIS YEAR!!! I LOVE YOU DRAKE!!! Ah ha ha hah...

New Reference Sheet-Pongo

Yeah, so I finally did one for Pongo. It's so unbelievable that in the 5 years of drawing Pongo I never did a reference sheet for him. You'll have to click the picture to see it full size, it was too big to put on a blog. I was a bit dissapointed at how it came out, and Pongo looks a bit wierd, but, oh well. This took me hours to do, I don't know why it took so long. So here it is, fully finished and polished for all viewers. Lol.
I updated the gallery. I put the new Stardust artwork up. I also added a special reference sheet section. if anybody has forgotten, here's the link to my gallery again:

I recently found out that I have to pay to keep that gallery. It only gives you 30 days of free trial. So I have to pay in...2 days! 0_o So I guess I have to find a new gallery. Oh well, it was good while it lasted...

By the way, I strongly suggest that people take a look at my friend's art. She doesn't do the same style as me but her drawings are very good and she is a very talented person. She's on deviantart. The link to her is:

New Pic-The Sun Always Shine

Latest artwork, and guess what? It's Stardust! Yeah, haven't drawn her for about a year. I think you all know she isn't my main character anymore, but who knows. Maybe I'll bring her back. So, it's just simple artwork. I'll put it up in the gallery later.
